And why you should consider a Norfolk Coast Pre-Wedding Too!

So, a couple of things really, REALLY make me so happy…  When a couple take their engagement shoot so seriously that they go out and get new outfits.  And when a couple are happy to travel for almost two hours, to shoot their engagement shoot somewhere special to them, in this case their engagement shoot was taken on the Norfolk Coast.

Firstly, a massive thanks as always to my couple, Ashley and Georgina for taking the time to go for their shoot in Norfolk.  If their Norfolk Coast Engagement shoot was anything to go by, then their Granary-Barns wedding was going to be spectacular.

Planning your Norfolk Coast Engagement Shoot?

Here’s why I love shooting pre-wedding shoots here.  Although we (officially) want one amazing shot for your signing mount, my job during an engagement shoot is to produce a collection of lovely, environmental and modern portraits of you both.

I’m a cambridge based wedding photographer, but travel to the Norfolk Coast regularly.  But here’s why YOU should consider an engagement shoot along the North Norfolk Coast.

• We get TWO awesome locations, a forest location and then a beach location
• You two officially take a break from wedplanning and get to walk around a gorgeous, silent forrest
• After all your hard work, you can either chill out on the beach, of go for lunch at The Victoria (For fish and chips).
• And you’ll have a gorgeous set of images.

Your engagement shoot should take around two hours.  Although partly through a forest, some of my clients have managed this walk in flip-flops, so the terrain isn’t too ‘ Dear Grylss’.  And then we come back via the beach, ensuring we get some lovely images of the two of you.

Getting there.

I always recommend we shoot your coastal pre-wedding shoot at Wells-Next-To-Sea purely because there is the most stunning pine forest, which then leads out to the beach.  That way we get two beautiful locations.  We’d meet in the carpark at as there are facilities there, it’s cheap to park and… there’s a caffe.  Plus, no matter how busy this gets, you’ll always be able to find a car parking space.

Parking is at:  Beach Rd, Wells-next-the-Sea NR23 1DR.

This engagement location is about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Cambridge.
