Meet your wedding photographer, virtually, for now.
So much has changed recently, what with the outbreak of the Corona Virus, and self isolation… and staying at home.
And my heart goes out to my amazing clients that have had to deal with some tough decisions about their weddings. Luckily, we have managed to move all those that have had to postpone, but there have been so many honeymoons, dreams and celebrations that have had to been put on hold.
Previously, I have always said that you must meet your wedding photographer, preferably in person, but at the very least during a phone call.
You have to ensure that the wedding photographer is the perfect match for you and your wedding, and your guests. And whilst I have always welcomed my potential clients to my studio, for a chat and to look through some albums and to hear about their plans, I have operated virtual consultations for some time now, before the current situation.
Not all of my clients are local, some book me to shoot their destination weddings, whilst others simply can not afford the time to visit in person.
So, I have always given my potential wedding clients the opportunity to meet and discuss their plans with me, virtually. The easiest way of doing this is by using Zoom (www.zoom.com), but we can use FB or even Skype.
And with all this extra time I’ve had on my hands, I’ve prepared a little introduction video, which you can see below.
Now, I am the eternal optimist, and I fully believe that weddings will be starting again sooner than most believe. So, now really is the time to plan, dream and design your perfect wedding day.
